KEITH JON WENNERSTROM

Keith Jon Wennerstrom passed away Oct. 31, 2018, at age 64.

Keith was born on Nov. 6, 1953, in Cooperstown, North Dakota. The first child of Homer and Sally (Howden) Wennerstrom, he was involved with farming his entire life.

Keith graduated from Hope High School and attended North Dakota State University, where he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.

He farmed near Hope and was a lifelong resident of Hope.

He served on the Colgate Township Board, was a member of the Hope Sportsman’s Club and United Church of Hope. Keith enjoyed skiing, movies and reading about history. He loved watching all sports and playing fantasy football. He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and New York Yankees. He especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his parents, Homer and Sally Wennerstrom of Hope; brothers, Jim (Kinsey) Wennerstrom of Durham, N.C., and Brent (Karla) Wennerstrom of Chanhassen, Minn.; sister Jill (Robin) Lipetzky of West Fargo, N.D.; aunts, uncles, cousins, four nieces, four nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Colgate Presbyterian Church, Colgate, ND. Visitation will be one hour before services in the church. Interment is at Hope Cemetery.

Memorials are directed to a charity of the donor’s choice.
