KEITH MORLOCK

Keith J. Morlock, 77 of Gwinner, ND died, Friday, December 24, 2021 in Sanford on 23^rd, Fargo, ND.

Keith James Morlock was born May 4, 1944 to Rudy and Sue (Hewitt) Morlock in Carrington, ND.  He was the 3^rd of 8 children.  He went to school until the 11^th grade in Sykeston, ND.  He joined the army in 1961.  He was stationed in the U.S. and Germany.  He was discharged in 1963.

On April 16, 1962, he married Linda Gillig.  Together they had 4 children, Cory, LaNette, LaRae, and Stacey. They lived in Carrington, ND.  They later divorced.  He later married and divorced Marjorie Dockter and Sonnie Recter.

His many jobs included:  Doeling’s Dairy, O & M Elevator, Carrington, ND, the oil fields, Aliied Van LInes, Williston, ND, Tarbets Ready Mix, Johnson, KS, Trimac Transportation, Rock Springs, WY.

He moved from Kansas to Killdeer, ND and from there he retired to Gwinner, ND to be closer to his children.

He enjoyed life to the fullest.  He loved to hunt, fish, and go to the casino.  His biggest enjoyment was telling jokes and stories to the whole family,

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Rudy and Sue Morlock, brother Rodger Morlock, sister Diane Holmes and great grandson, Seth Neumann.

He is survived by children, Cory (Kyu) Morlock, Edinburg, TX; LaNette (Jon) Mehus, Gwinner, ND, LaRae (John) Dittemore, Wahpeton, ND; and Stacey Morlock, Gwinner, ND; 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 step-children, 8 step-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; brothers:  Gary (Kay) Morlock, Bismarck, ND; Ronnie (Colleen) Morlock, Bismarck, ND;, Bradley (Gail) Morlock, Powell, WY;  Monte (Tammy)  Morlock, Rock Springs, WY and sister Tami Morlock (Dennis Hall) Oroville, CA.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 1:00 till 2:00 pm in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Cooperstown, ND followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00
