HELEN FALLEN

Helen Fallen, 69, Cooperstown, ND died in her home under the care of Hospice.

Helen Saxberg was born September 1, 1949 in Cooperstown, ND, the daughter of Albin and Agnes (Fredrickson), she grew up and attended school there, graduating from Cooperstown High School in 1967.

She married Dwight Fallen June 2^nd, 1967 and the couple made their home in Cooperstown, ND. Helen worked at the Oasis Lounge for many years and later was the manager. She later worked for the Cooperstown Medical Center and the Coachman Inn until retirement.

Helen loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She enjoyed reading, gardening and sitting outside watching the birds.

She is survived by her four children, Darrin (Kayla), Buffalo, ND; Shari Reiten, Jason, and Tracy (Brad) McCullough all of Cooperstown, ND: five grandchildren, Nick, Brooklyn, Emma,Cannon and Hayden: two brothers, Arnold (Judy) Saxberg, Arden (Nita) Saxberg: two sisters, Esther Peterson, Velma Miller and several nieces and nephews.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; son-in-law, Jeff.

Helen will be greatly missed by family, friends and her dog Dickens.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Cooperstown, ND. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 19, 2019 from 4:00 till 6:00 in the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home, Cooperstown, ND and one hour before services in the Church. Interment will be in the Hero Cemetery, Cooperstown, ND.
