Valene Anderson

VALENE ANDERSON Valene Anderson, 70 of Aneta, ND formerly of Finley, ND, died Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in the Aneta Park View Care Center, Aneta, ND. Valene Streed was born September 6, 1940 in Fargo, ND the daughter of Robera and Helen (Tellinghusen) Streed. She grew up and attended school in Fargo and graduated from Fargo Central High School. She attended Fargo Business College and graduated with a degree in Business. She married Richard Anderson March 6, 1966 in Fargo, ND. The couple made their home in the Finley-Sharon area. In April of 2009 Valene became a resident of the Aneta Park View Care Center, Aneta, ND after a lengthy battle with cancer. Valene enjoyed sewing, cooking and bible study. She is survived by her husband, Richard, Hatton, ND; daughter, Karla (Steve) Neset, Finley, ND; three sons, Mark (Tara), Anderson, Hatton, ND, Kent, Bryan, and Craig (Torina) Anderson all of Sharon, ND; father, Robert Streed, Fargo, ND; three sisters, Joann (Lowell) Senechel, Carver, MN, Sandy (Milt) Optrail, Jackie Perkins both of Dilworth, MN; and ten grandchildren. A Memorial Services will be held Monday at 10:30 am in the Beaver Creek Lutheran Church rural Hatton, ND
