CAROLE TROSTAD

CAROLE M. TROSTAD Carole Marie (Schindele) Trostad died early in the afternoon on Thursday, August 8 at Valley Eldercare Center in Grand Forks, ND after struggling with congestive heart failure. Carole was 87 at the time of her passing. She was born in Tolna, ND on December 30, 1925 to Mayme (Opoien) and Herbert Schindele. Carole was preceded in death by mother and father, husband, Leonard Trostad and son Glenn Trostad, and brothers Harold Schindele, Rodger Schindele, and Delbert Schindele. Carole is survived by her sisters Elvira Eisele, Livonia Crane and twin brother Carmon Schindele, daughters Mary Thomas, Debbie Stevens, Diane Bearfield, Laura Trostad and Carolyn Trostad, grandchildren Kathy Weisenberger, Kenny Thomas, Jonathan Trostad, Johana Bearfield, Michaela Bearfield, Marseha Bearfield, Daniel Bearfield, Elisha Bearfield, Amber Frohlich and Angelica Frohlich, great grandchildren Amanda Bolton, Reyna Trostad and Devon Trostad and great great granddaughter Harley Bolton. Carole will be interred at West Prairie Cemetery, Binford, ND next to her late husband Leonard Trostad. Memorial services will be Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 10:00 am in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Cooperstown, ND
