PEARL H. HEINZE

PEARL H. HEINZE Pearl H. Heinze 94, Cooperstown, ND formerly of Jessie, ND passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011 in the Cooperstown Medical Center Nursing Home, where she had been a resident since October of 2009. Pearl was born April 19, 1917 in Jessie, ND the daughter of Charles and Katie (Kenninger) Becherl. She grew up and attended school there. The couple made their home in Jessie from 1938 till 1957. They moved to Ogema MN in 1957 returning to Jessie in 1959. The couple owned the Jessie Bar from 1959 till 1967. Math passed way March 10, 1993. Pearl continued to make her home in Jessie before moving to Cooperstown, ND. Pearl enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, sewing and crocheting. She is survived by a daughter, Lucy Reinhart, Cooperstown, ND; a son Lawrence (Pat) Heinze, Cooperstown, ND, eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and a brother, Richard (Sally) Becherl, North Liberty, IN. Preceded in death by her parents Charles and Katie; husband, Math; three brothers, Charles, Anthony and Theodore. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 3, 2011 at 2:00 pm in St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Jessie, ND. Visitation will be held Thursday June 2, 2011 from 5:00 till 7:00 in the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home in Cooperstown, ND and one hour before services in the Church. A Prayer Service will be held Thursday at 7:00 in the Funeral Home.
